【摘要】目的:探讨血红素氧合酶-1(hemeoxyenase-1,HO-1)和Toll样受体2/4(Toll-like receptor 2/4,TLR2/4)在直肠癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学法和RT-PCR检测30例直肠癌组织中HO-1蛋白以及HO-1 mRNA、TLR2/4 mRNA的表达。结果:直肠癌组织中HO-1蛋白表达(13/30)明显高于正常组织(3/30)(),HO-1 mRNA表达也明显高于正常组织(t =, P );直肠癌组织中TLR 2/4 mRNA的表达高于正常组织(P ),且HO-1 mRNA与TLR2/4 mRNA表达之间存在相关性(P )。结论:HO-1和TLR2/4在直肠癌组织中高表达且呈正相关,提示参与直肠癌的发生、发展。

【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of hemeoxygenase-1(HO-1)and Toll-like receptor 2/4 (TLR2/4) in rectal carcinoma. Methods: The expression of HO-1 protein and HO-1 mRNA、TLR2/4 mRNA in 30 cases of rectal carcinoma was measured using immunohistochemical method and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: The expression of HO-1 protein in rectal carcinoma (13/30)was significantly higher than those in normal tissue(3/30)(P ).The expression of HO-1 mRNA was also significantly higher than those in normal tissue (t =, P );The expression of TLR2/4 mRNA in rectal carcinoma was higher than those in normal tissue(P ), and HO-1 mRNA expression was associated with TLR2/4 expression(P ). Conclusion: The expression of HO-1 and TLR2/4 was higher in rectal carcinoma and had association with each other.
