【摘要】目的探讨64层容积CT容积再现技术(VR)和曲面重建技术(CPR)在肋骨骨折中的诊断价值。方法利用64层容积CT对临床怀疑肋骨骨折的29例患者进行容积扫描,运用容积再现技术及曲面重建技术显示肋骨骨折的部位、数量,判断64层容积CT诊断肋骨骨折的优势。结果 29例中,64层容积CT扫描共发现肋骨骨折56处。运用容积再现技术及曲面重建技术可显示骨折的位置、数量及断端移位情况。各种后处理图像中,VR在显示骨折的空间解剖结构上有优势,CPR在显示微细肋骨骨折上效果较好,而轴位图像是诊断的基础。结论薄层重建后利用容积再现及曲面重建图像可准确诊断不同程度的肋骨骨折,对治疗方案的选择及预后评估具有重要价值,但在诊断肋骨骨折时各种重建技术必须结合应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 64-slice VCT with volume rendering technique(VR) and curved multiplanar reformation(CPR)of rib fracture. Methods 29 patients suspected ribs fracture by clinical examination were examined by 64-slice VCT,the position and number of ribs fracture were displayed by VR and CPR, in order to find the advantages in the diagnosis of rib fracture by 64-slice VCT. Results In 29 cases, there were 56 rib fractures depicted on 64-slice VCT. The location and number of fracture and displacement of fracture displayed clearly on images of VR and CPR. VR images were better in the demonstration of the anatomical structure,CPR images were better in displaying the rib micro-fracture, while axial image is the basis for the diagnosis. Conclusion VR and CPR image could be the effective method in diagnosis of rib fracture, and also play an important role in selecting therapy project and evaluating prognosis, the diagnosis of rib frac
