【摘要】目的综合分析Graves’甲亢131I 治疗后发生早发甲状腺功能减退(简称甲低)的相关影响因素。方法收集1183例Graves’甲亢行131I治疗患者的一般资料、临床观察资料、实验室检查及甲状腺功能检查等资料,采用Logistic多元回归分析方法进行回顾性统计学分析。结果131I治疗Graves’甲亢后早发甲低的相关因素中,病程、EHL、最高吸131I率及TMA等因素量值是治疗后出现早发甲低的影响因素。结论由于影响Graves’甲亢131I 治疗后发生早发甲低这一并发症发生的因素较多,而且各因素间彼此相互作用,所以,从多角度、多因素进行综合考虑,利于个体化综合治疗方案的制定。

【Abstract】 Objective To make prehensive analysis of the related factors of early hypothy-roidism occurring in patients with graves
’ disease after iodine-131 The information of iodine-131 treated graves’disease was collected including general data,clinical observation,laboratory data,thyroid function test, a retrospective statistical analysis was carried out using logistic regression Among all the related factors of early hypothyroidism occurred after iodine-131 treated graves’disease,the disease course,thyroid uptake ratio of iodine-131,EHL and TMA titre are the more possible early hypothyroidiam Because ofmultiple factors’influences on iodine-131 curative effect and hypothroidism,we prehensively consider these influential factors from different aspects so as to individualize hterpaeutle plan.
