【摘要】目的:探讨肺癌组织中CD44v6和E钙黏附素(Ecadherin,ECD)表达的临床意义及其相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测65例肺癌组织中CD44v6和ECD的表达情况,结合临床病理指标及病例随访结果进行研究分析。结果:在肺癌中CD44v6和E%%。CD44v6高表达和ECD低表达均与肺癌PTNM分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移呈正相关()。肺癌CD44v6表达与ECD表达呈负相关(r=-,)。结论:肺癌中CD44v6表达与ECD表达密切相关,两者均可作为预测肺癌转移和评估预后的参考指标。

[Abstract] Objective: To study clinical significance of the expression of CD44v6 and Ecadherin(ECD) in lung cancer and their correlation. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expression of CD44v6 and ECD protein in 65 cases of lung cancer. Results: The positive expression rate of CD44v6 and E
CD was % and % respectively in lung cancer. The overexpression of CD44v6 and the low expression of ECD were correlated with pathological tumor node meyastasis stage,pathology grade and lymph node metastasis(all ).CD44v6 expression was negatively correlated with ECD expression in lung cancer(r=-,). Conclusion: CD44v6 and ECD expression have significant correlation in lung cancer. The expression of CD44v6 or ECD is important index to evaluate the metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer.
