【摘要】目的:探讨CD15s和E钙黏蛋白(Ecadherin)在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭转移和患者预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法,检测120例肝细胞癌组织中CD15s和Ecadherin蛋白表达,结合随访资料进行分析。结果:CD15s和E%%。CD15s阳性表达的肝细胞癌转移率高(),分化程度及患者5年生存率低();Ecadherin阳性表达的肝细胞癌转移率低(),分化程度及患者5年生存率高()。CD15s表达与Ecadherin表达呈显著负相关()。结论:CD15s和Ecadherin表达与肝细胞癌转移和患者生存期密切相关,联合检测CD15s和Ecadherin蛋白表达可作为判断肝细胞癌预后有价值的参考指标。
