【摘要】目的回顾分析应用Coflex棘突间动力内固定装置治疗老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症的初步临床疗效。方法 2007年10月至2009年7月采用Coflex棘突间动力内固定植入术治疗老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者16 例,其中男11 例,女5 例,年龄60~75 岁, 岁。所有患者均获随访,随访时间为5~25个月,。结果患者术后腰痛、下肢痛视觉模拟评分及日本矫形外科协会评分末次随访较术前比均有明显改善(P<)。术前、术后椎间隙前高无明显变化(P>),椎间隙后高较术前增加(P<)。固定节段上一椎体间活动度术前、术后变化不明显(P>)。结论 Coflex棘突间动力内固定植入术治疗老年退行性椎管狭窄症具有创伤小、出血少、可早期进行功能锻炼等优点,短期效果满意,远期效果有待长期随访。

Abstract:Objective A retrospective study was done to analyze the preliminary effects of Interspinous U for treating degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis in aged Between October 2007 and July 2009,16 elderly patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis were treated with Interspinous U(Coflex),the average age of them was years surgery,all patients of this group were followedup for 5 to 25 months(average months).Results All patients showed significant clinical improvement in the VAS scores for leg pain and back pain and JOA scores(P<)after anterior intervertebral height was no significantly change(P>).The posterior intervertebral height was significantly increased pare to preoperative(P<).The range of motion at the upper adjacent segment in this group was no significantly changed(P>).Conclusion The Interspinous U(Cof
