【摘要】目的探讨COX2、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)在人体腹腔粘连组织中的表达及其与腹腔粘连发生发展生物学行为的关系。方法收集40例二次手术患者的粘连组织和20例初次手术患者的正常腹膜组织标本,采用免疫组化方法检测粘连组织COX2、VEGF及微血管密度(microvessel density, MVD)的表达情况并作相关分析。结果 COX2、VEGF、MVD在粘连组织中的阳性表达显著高于正常腹膜组织();COX2表达与腹腔粘连程度相关();VEGF表达与腹腔粘连程度及二次手术时间间隔相关();COX2、VEGF、MVD呈两两正相关。结论 COX2、VEGF参与人体术后腹腔粘连的发生、发展,可能与COX2介导的上调VEGF表达等途径促进粘连组织血管生成有关,可作为粘连形成机制中血管发生的重要生物学指标。

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the expression of cyclooxygenase
2 (COX2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in human abdominal adhesion tissues and investigate its correlation with biological behavior of abdominal adhesion occurrence and We collected 40 abdominal adhesion tissue samples from second abdomen surgery and 20 normal abdominal tissue samples from primary abdomen surgery as controls. Expressions of COX2, VEGF and microvessel density (MVD) of the adhesion tissues were evaluated by immunohistochemical The positive expression rates of COX2, VEGF and MVD were significantly higher in the adhesion tissues than in the normal abdominal tissues (); COX2 expression had a significant correlation with the degree of adhesion (). The expression of VEGF had a significant correlation with the degree of adhesion and the interval between the two operations (). There was a positive correlation among COX2, VEGF and COX2 and VEGF are involved in the occurrence and development of postoperative abdominal adhesion; COX2s involvement in adhesion occurrence may be related to the promotion of angiogenesis in adhesion tissues through such pathways as COX
2mediated upregulation of VEGF. Therefore, COX2 and VEGF may be used as important biological indicators of angiogenesis in the mechanism of adhesion formation.
