【摘要】目的观察系统性红斑狼疮性脑病(SLEE) 在CT检查时的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析9例经临床诊断符合系统性红斑狼疮脑病患者的资料,所用病人均行CT检查,并分析其CT 表现。结果主要CT 表现:(1)弥漫性低密度灶(3 例),部位不定,单发或多发,形态不规则,边界模糊,占位效应较轻;(2)局限性低密度灶(4例),主要位于基底节区及脑干;(3)轻度脑萎缩(2例),均呈弥漫性。结论 CT可以对系统性红斑狼疮脑病的早期发现、鉴别诊断及疗效评价提供参考,但对系统性红斑狼疮脑病的诊断,需结合临床资料。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the CT finding of systemic lupus erythematosus encephalopathy (SLEE).Methods The CT findings of 9 cases with SLEE proved by clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The main CT findings of SLEE were that as follows:Diffused hypodense cerebral parenchyma (3 cases) characterized by indefinite position,single or multiple foci,irregular shape, indistinct border, and mild mass effect;Focal hypodense cerebral parenchyma (4 cases), mostly in the region of basal ganglion and brain stem;Mild brain atrophy (2 casses) which was local or diffuse. Conclusion Early diagnosis of SLEE, valuable references on differential diagnosis and evaluation of posttherapeutic effect might be provided by CT, however, definite diagnosis of SLEE should be made bination with the clinical characteristics of the disease.
