【摘要】目的:检测胃癌组织中DNA损伤修复酶(O6—甲基鸟嘌呤—DNA甲基转移酶O6—methylguanine DNA methyltransferase, MGMT)的表达变化,探讨其表达和胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系,进一步用于指导临床化疗方案的制定。方法:采用免疫组化方法(SABC法)检测55例胃癌标本中MGMT的表达情况。结果:%(24/55),其阳性表达与年龄、病理类型有关,而与性别`、分化程度、侵犯深度、淋巴结转移的相关性不明显。结论:MGMT对胃癌化学治疗方案的制定有指导作用。

【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To investigate the expression change of DNA repairing enzyme MGMT in gastric carcinoma,and the relationship between the expression and pathologic charateristic,so as to guide makingup of treating plan. Methods: Detect the expression of 55 cases with gastric carcinoma by SABC immunohisto
chemistry. Results:The positive expression rate of MGMT in the gastric carcinoma was %(24/55).There was a signficant statistic difference between age and pathologic type in the expression of MGMT, but no obvious correlation among sex, defferentiation degree,invasion depth and lymphnode :The expression of MGMT can guide to make up a plan for treating gastric carcinoma.
