【摘要】目的:研究人类免疫缺陷病毒1(HIV1)儿童感染者体内CD3dimCD56+细胞数量及部分细胞受体的变化。方法:采集11例经确认的HIV1儿童感染者和10例HIV1抗体阴性的健康儿童抗凝全血,应用流式细胞术对CD3dimCD56+细胞的数量和细胞上部分受体的表达进行测定。结果:HIV1儿童感染者CD3dimCD56+细胞的数量显著多于健康儿童(P<);HIV1儿童感染者与健康儿童比较,CD16无变化(P>),NKp30、NKG2D、KIR2DL1和CD244的表达极显著升高(P<),NKp44、NKp46、KIR3DL1和NTBA的表达显著升高(P<),NKp80的表达极显著降低(P<)。结论:HIV1儿童感染者CD3dimCD56+细胞的数量显著多于健康儿童,并且细胞上受体的表达发生剧烈变化。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of CD3dimCD56+ cell and its receptors in HIV
1 infected children. Methods Blood samples from 11 HIV1 infected children and 10 healthy children were collected in EDTA coated number of CD3dimCD56+ cells and the expression of its receptors were determined by flow cytometry. Results The number of CD3dimCD56+ cell in HIV1 infected children was higher than that in healthy children. Compared with healthy children,no change was found in the expression of CD16 receptor in HIV1 infected children,but the expression of NKp30,NKG2D,KIR2DL1 and CD244 receptors was significantly increased(P<).The expression of NKp44,NKp46,KIR3DL1 and NTBA in HIV1 infected children was also increased(P<),while the expression NKp80 receptor was decreased obviously(P<). Conclusion The number of CD3dimCD56+ cell in HIV1 infected children was higher than that in healthy expression of CD3dimCD56+ receptors changes dramatically in HIV1 infected children.

CD3dimCD56+细胞是一种介于NK细胞和T细胞之间的特殊细胞群,在人体对外界病原微生物侵袭的免疫调节中发挥着重要作用。CD3dimCD56+细胞主要为NKT细胞,NKT细胞在人体的含量很低,%~1%[1]。在CD3dimCD56+细胞的表面表达有NK细胞受体和部分T细胞受体,通过这些细胞受体的变化,CD3dimCD56+细胞可以调节NK细胞、巨噬细胞、CD4+和CD8+ T细胞等效应细胞表达分泌Th1和Th2等细胞因子[2]。
