x【摘要】目的探讨血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平在缺血性脑血管疾病包括脑梗死和短暂性脑缺血中(transient ischemic attack,TIA)的临床意义。方法住院确诊为缺血性脑血管病患者70例,分为两组,脑梗死(CI)组34例和脑缺血(TIA)组36例;选取30例健康体检者作为对照组,检测血清中hs-CRP水平并进行分析。结果脑梗死组和脑缺血组与正常对照组之间hs-CRP浓度差异有显著性();脑梗死组与脑缺血组之间hs-CRP浓度也差异有显著性()。结论 hs-CRP水平升高是缺血性脑血管疾病发生的一个危险因素,hs-CRP浓度在脑梗死发生发展中发挥重要作用,与缺血性脑血管病病情轻重相关,其升高与脑梗死体积和神经功能缺损程度有一定的相关性。
