【摘要】目的探讨一种适合ICU病人病情特点的压疮预测评估工具,方便临床护士的操作应用,最大限度降低ICU病人压疮的发病率。方法根据压疮危险因素结合ICU病人的特点,设计ICU病人压疮危险因素评估表。根据既往的压疮病人情况制定危险分数段,对701例ICU病人实施分级护理。结果 701例中发生压疮3例,压疮发病率 %。结论“ICU病人压疮危险因素量化评估表”适合于ICU病人压疮的风险预测,能有效控制ICU病人压疮的发病率,提高临床护理质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a predicting pressure sore assessment scale suitable for the characteristics of patients in ICU ,to facilitate the application of clinical nurses and minimize the incidence of pressure sores for patients in ICU. Methods Based on pressure sore risk factors with the characteristics of patients in ICU, pressure sore risk factors assessment scale patients in ICU was designed. According to previous patients with pressure sores, risk scores sections were delimited,and the grade cares were implemented on 701 patients in 3 of 701 patients had pressure sores, pressure sores incidence was %.Conclusion
“pressure sore risk factors quantified assessment scale on patients in ICU” was suitable for risk prediction of pressure sore patientsin in ICU, can effectively control the incidence of pressure sores and improve clinical quality of care.
