【摘要】目的:检测类胰岛素生长因子1(IGF-Ⅰ)基因微卫星多态性CA重复与食管鳞状细胞癌是否关联。方法:应用荧光标记片段分析法对78例食管鳞状细胞癌患者和470例正常对照进行基因分型,并用非条件性Logistic回归分析微卫星多态性与食管鳞状细胞癌的关联性。结果:IGF-Ⅰ基因微卫星多态性CA重复与食管鳞状细胞癌的发病没有关联。结论:IGF-Ⅰ基因微卫星多态性CA重复在食管鳞状细胞癌的发病过程中不起主要作用。

Abstract Objective: To investigate the relationship between a microsatellite polymorphism (CA repeats) in the insulin-like growth factor I gene and the risk of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: IGF-Ⅰ microsatellite polymorphism was genotyped among 78 cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 470 normal controls by fluorescent labeled fragment analysis. And data were analyzed using unconditional logistic regression
to evaluate the association of examined polymorphism with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Results: No association was found between IGF-Ⅰ microsatellite polymorphism and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion: IGF-Ⅰ microsatellite polymorphism (CA repeats) does not play a major role in the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

类胰岛素生长因子1(IGF-Ⅰ)是一种多功能肽,能够促进细胞的增殖、分化和抑制细胞的凋亡[1]。有研究显示IGF-Ⅰ在癌症的发生过程中起到了重要作用[1],而其基因的启动子区域有一个高度多态性的微卫星标记,即CA重复与血循环中的IGF-Ⅰ水平相关联[2]。有一些研究已经检测了这一多态性与乳腺癌、前列腺癌和结肠直肠癌的关系,但结果不太一致[3-6
