【摘要】目的:检测类胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白1(IGFBP1)基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)rs4619和rs1065780与食管鳞状细胞癌的关系。方法:应用TaqMan方法对77例食管鳞状细胞癌患者和466例正常人进行基因分型,并用非条件性Logistic回归分析所检测的SNP与食管鳞状细胞癌的关系。结果:所检测的两个SNP与食管鳞状细胞癌的发病没有关联。结论:SNP rs4619和rs1065780在食管鳞状细胞癌的发病过程中不起主要作用。

Abstract Objective: To investigate the association of rs4619 and rs1065780 in the insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1 (IGFBP1) gene to the risk of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: SNPs were genotyped among 77 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 466 normal controls by TaqMan. Data were analyzed using unconditional logistic regression to evaluate the association of two SNPs examined to esophageal quamous cell carcinoma. Results: No association was found between any SNP examined in the present study and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion: SNP rs4619 and rs1065780 do not play a major role in the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
