【摘要】目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和CD34在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其发病过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法检测30例喉鳞状细胞癌、10例声带非典型增生中iNOS和CD34的表达,并检测MVD。结果 %(25/30),声带非典型增生中iNOS的阳性表达率为10%(1/10)。CD34在喉鳞状细胞癌和声带非典型增生的阳性表达率分别为80%(24/30),30%(3/10)。iNOS、CD34阳性表达两组间差异有统计学意义()。喉鳞状细胞癌和声带非典型增生中微血管密度(MVD)±、±,两组间差异有显著统计学意义()。结论 iNOS、CD34在喉鳞状细胞癌中的高表达,提示iNOS、CD34可促进血管形成,可能与喉鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展及侵袭转移有关。因此,选择性抑制iNOS和CD34可望成为基因治疗喉鳞状细胞癌的新思路。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and CD34 and their roles in the occurrence, development and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma ().Methods The immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to examine the expressions of iNOS and CD34 in 30 cases of and 10 cases of vocal cords atypical hyperplasia (VCAH), and the microvascular density (MVD) was measured as The positive rates were % vs 10% for iNOS, and 80% vs 30% for CD34, respectively in and VCAH.
