【摘要】:目的探讨Ki-67和CD44v6蛋白在肾癌中的表达和临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法对40例肾癌组织进行Ki-67和CD44v6蛋白检测。结果在肾癌组织中Ki-67和CD44v6蛋白表达阳性率分别为65%和35%。Ki-67表达和CD44v6表达与肾癌的病理类型无关(P<),与肾细胞癌分级、分期相关(P<),Ki-67表达与CD44v6表达无相关(P<)。结论 Ki-67高表达和肾癌的术后转移相关,CD44v6高表达和淋巴结转移相关。两者对预测肾细胞癌术后转移及淋巴结转移有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical significance and the expression of Ki-67 and CD44v6 in patients with renal cell carcinoma and the relationship between them. Methods 40 proteins were detected by Immunohistochemical methods and defined the type of renal cell carcinoma according to the WHO The expression rates of Ki-67 and CD44v6 were 65% and 35% ,its expression were not related to the type of the renal cell carcinoma (P>),but significantly related to the clinical stage or clinical grade(P<). The expression of Ki-67 was not correlated with the expression of CD44v6 (χ2=,P<). The high level expression of Ki-67 were significantly correlated with the postoperative metastasis of renal cell carcinoma. The high level expression of CD44v6 were significantlycorrelated with lymph nodes metastases. Conclusion These results suggest that the high level expression of Ki-67 and CD44v6 might be a good indicator in evaluating postoperative metastasis of renal cell car
