【摘要】目的:对3M含氟玻璃离子和光敏树脂联合修复后牙凹坑式严重磨耗的疗效进行观察评价。方法:患者126例,患牙268颗,近髓处的牙本质涂3M含氟玻璃离子,酸蚀后冲洗涂粘合剂,放置树脂,固化修整。结果:全部患牙术后立即消失敏感症状,随访至术后12个月修复牙形态、密合度、%~100%,%。结论:3M含氟玻璃离子和光敏树脂联合修复后牙凹坑式严重磨耗疗效满意持久。

AbstractObjective:To observe and evaluate the efficacy of 3M glass ionomer bined with photosensitive resin for restoration of severe damage in posterior :268 damaged teeth were firster molar was covered with 3M glass ionomer cements,modified with acid and then with a layer of photosensitive cure and further modification was :The symptoms of sensitivity disappeared in all damaged up to the 12th month after the restoration,the efficacy and the rate of satisfication ranged from %~100%.Decayed teeth deleveoped in %.Conclusion:3M glass ionomer bined with photosensitive resin can be used effectively for restoration of severe damage in posterior tooth.

后牙磨耗严重,牙本质暴露的面积较大,常伴严重过敏,不易备洞以取得固位,治疗困难。传统治疗过程对牙体磨损大,患者难以耐受。应用新型树脂材料的修复方法无需磨损牙体,并可避免传统方法治疗后合并症[1]。3M含氟玻璃离子材料的使用改善了与牙本质的粘结,直接消除敏感症状[2];光敏树脂进一步增加了与牙体的粘结面积,充填后牙体更加耐磨损。现将我院采用3M含氟玻璃离子和光敏树脂联合修复后牙凹坑式严重磨耗126例报道如下。
1 材料与方法
临床资料收集2003年1月至2008年9月间连续经治患者126例,共268颗患牙。全部为活髓牙,均对冷热刺激敏感,但均无晚间自发痛。其中第一磨牙112颗,
