【摘要】目的比较Brilliant复合树脂嵌体和树脂直接充填在牙体大面积缺损修复中的临床疗效。方法选择2000年3月~2002年2月就诊患者186例,随机分为A、B 2组,A组以Brilliant复合树脂间接嵌体修复牙体缺损,B组以Brilliant复合树脂直接充填牙体缺损,观察治疗5年的效果。结果 Brilliant复合树脂间接嵌体修复牙体缺损在牙体外形与固位、边缘密合性方面优于树脂直接充填,在色泽协调性、边缘着色、磨耗程度、继发龋等方面差别无统计学意义。结论 Brilliant复合树脂间接嵌体修复牙体缺损的效果优于树脂直接充填。

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effectiveness of using posite resin inlay/onlay and fillings in treatment of the badly brokendown permanent teeth. Methods 186 patients who have the badly broken
down permanent premolar or molar teeth were enrolled and divided into A,B group. The group A were restored posite resin inlay/onlay. The group B were restored posite resin directly. All these cases were followed at five years after restoration. Results Proximal contact, retention and marginal fit of the restoration in group A was better than group B. There was no significant difference between the two groups in color match, marginal discoloration, surface roughness, secondary caries. Conclusion posite resin inlay/onlay for the badly brokendown permanent teeth provided a better clinical restoration.

随着生活水平提高,人们对美观的要求越来越高,对牙体缺损的充填不仅要求恢复牙齿的功能,而且还追求达到天然牙的外观和色泽。复合树脂嵌体抗压强度、抗张强度、硬度及耐磨性均高于树脂直接充填修复体,能较好地恢复牙齿外形,具有良好的美学效果。笔者应用瑞士Coltène公司的树脂
