【摘要】目的探讨隐匿性病变所致单侧侧脑室积水的CT表现和可能性原因。方法回顾性分析76例“不明原因”的单侧侧脑室积水的临床及CT资料。结果本组病例的单侧侧脑室积水首先出现侧脑室体部和额角扩大,然后逐渐出现三角部、颞角和枕角扩大。76例中46例有头部外伤史,14例有发热、头痛、颈抗等类似颅内感染的表现。结论“不明原因”的单侧侧脑室积水CT检查首先表现为侧脑室额角和体部扩大,继之为三角部、颞角和枕角的扩大;可能性原因为既往颅脑损伤、感染、先天性病变及局灶性病变等。
