【摘要】目的探讨NFκB和IκBα在大肠癌中的表达特点、相互关系及其与大肠癌进展的相关性。方法免疫组化和Western印迹方法检测48例大肠癌患者手术切除的癌组织以及配对的癌旁正常组织标本中NFκB,IκBα和pIκBα的表达情况,分析这3种蛋白的表达与大肠癌侵袭和转移的相关性。结果大肠癌组织中NFκB的表达水平明显高于正常组织(),且随着肿瘤Dukes分期的进展,NFκB的表达水平呈逐渐升高趋势。大肠癌组织中IκBα的表达水平明显低于正常组织(),且随着肿瘤Dukes分期的进展,IκBα的表达水平呈逐渐降低趋势,同时,IκBα的磷酸化(pIκBα)水平逐渐升高。结论在大肠癌组织中IκBα的磷酸化降解与NFκB表达升高有助于肿瘤的进展和不良预后。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions and relationship between NF
κB and IκBα and the correlations of them with the progression of colorectal cancer. Methods The expressions of NFκB, IκBα and pIκBα in cancer and normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. The relationship between these three proteins and the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer was analyzed. Results The expression of NFκB was significantly higher in cancer tissues than normal tissues (),and with the progression of Dukes stage, the level of NFκB was gradually increased. The expression of IκBα was lower in cancer tissues than normal tissues (), and with the progression of Dukes stage, the level of IκBα was gradually decreased and the level of pIκBα was gradually increased.
