【摘要】目的: 探讨p57kip2蛋白和Cyclin D2蛋白在人脑胶质瘤中的表达情况及其临床意义. 方法: 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测p57kip2, Cyclin D2在55例人脑胶质瘤和10例正常脑组织中的表达. 结果: 在55例胶质瘤中,%(21/55),低于正常脑组织(80%,). 低度恶性(I~II级)与高度恶性(III~IV级)间及不同生存时间组间阳性率差异有统计学意义(). Cyclin %(29/55),高于正常脑组织(0%,). 脑胶质瘤不同恶性程度组间阳性率差异有统计学意义(),不同生存时间组间差异无统计学意义(). p57kip2蛋白的表达与Cyclin D2蛋白的表达无相关(). 结论: p57kip2蛋白和Cyclin D2蛋白在脑胶质瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用. 且与肿瘤的分化程度,预后相关.

【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the expressions of p57kip2 and cyclin D2 proteins in human glioma and their clinical significances. METHODS: The expressions of p57kip2 and cyclin D2 proteins in glioma tissues from 55 patients and normal brain tissues of 10 subjects were detected with SP immunohistochemical technique. RESULTS: The positive rate of p57kip2 protein in glioma tissues was % (21/55), lower than that in normal brain tissues (80%, ), and it was statistically different between low and highgrade malignant gliomas (III vs IIIIV) and between different length of survival time (). The positive rate of cyclin D2 protein was % (29/55), higher than that in normal brain tissue (0%, ), and it was significantly correlated with the grade of malignance (), but not with the twoyear survival time ().
