【摘要】目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和Cyclin D1蛋白的表达与胶质瘤放疗敏感性的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测EGFR和Cyclin D1蛋白在53例不同放疗敏感性胶质瘤和10例正常脑组织中的表达。结果 EGFR或Cyclin D1蛋白的表达与胶质瘤的放疗敏感性均无统计学意义()。EGFR和Cyclin D1蛋白的联合表达与胶质瘤的放疗敏感性具有统计学意义()。结论 EGFR和Cyclin D1蛋白的联合表达可预测胶质瘤的放疗敏感性。

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and Cyclin D1 protein and the radiosensitivity of human glioma. Methods The expression of EGFR and Cyclin D1 was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique in brain glioma (n=55) and normal brain tissues (n=10). Results There was no relationship between the expression of EGFR protein and the radiosensitivity of human glioma, so was the Cyclin D1 protein. But the expression of EGFR and Cyclin D1 protein was correlated with the radiosensitivity of human glioma. Conclusion The expression of EGFR and Cyclin D1 might serve as an indicator of radiosensitivity in human glioma.

放射治疗是治疗胶质瘤的重要手段。不同组织类型的胶质瘤其放射敏感性不同,一般认为由高到低依次为髓母细胞瘤、少枝胶质细胞瘤、室管膜瘤、星形细胞瘤及胶质母细胞瘤[1]。在星形细胞瘤中,低级别的星形细胞瘤较高级别的星形细胞瘤对放疗更为敏感[2]。当前理论认为,胶质瘤的分子特征是决定放射敏感性的重要因素。本文拟应用免疫组织化学技术,探讨表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR)、Cy
