【摘要】目的置管(Peripherally inserted central catheter )的常见并发症和护理体会。方法置管的常见并发症:静脉炎、导管堵塞、肢体肿胀、穿刺点渗血、穿刺点感染、导管异位、导管脱出进行总结。结果置管患者可有一定并发症,而其发生有因可循。结论通过总结分析,在护理中加强重视及采取适当的预防处理措施,并发症的发生率可减少。置管具有优越性,已在临床上得到了广泛的应用。

[Abstract] Objective To plication and nursing of catheter in chemotherapy patients with malignant blood plication in 68 chemotherapy patients with malignant blood diseases used catheter,such as phlebitis,catheter blockage,limb swelling,oozing in puncture point,puncture points,infection,catheter ectopia,catheter catheter patients may have plications and their causes can be By the end of analysis,be given increasing attention in nursing and appropriate preventive measures,the incidence plications can be reduced. catheters have its advantages and have been widely applied in clinical practice.

恶性血液系统疾病均具有出血、感染及贫血等特点,化疗是其主要治疗手段;重复静脉穿刺所导致的血肿和感染,以及化疗药物的毒副作用引起的静脉炎及渗漏性损伤,甚至皮肤坏死,血管的破坏,往往严重影响患者的生活质量和下一周期的治疗。因此,建立一条好的静脉通道,可以大大减少病人重复静脉穿刺的痛苦,更重要的是可以避免化疗药物对外周静脉的破坏和局部组织的刺激,从而保证化疗过程的顺利进行,有利于疾病的恢复[1]。经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,)为化疗的患者提供了一条无痛性治疗途径,因其操作简单、安全,留置时间长,而被广泛使用[2]。技术,进行化疗,其效果满意。而针对其出现的一些并发症采取了相应的预防处理措施,现报告如下。
