【摘要】目的本文旨在通过对UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪红细胞形态(RBC-INFORMATION)这一参数与镜检结果的比对分析,研究探讨UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪RBC-INFO的干扰因素以及该参数临床应用价值。方法对1000例住院病人的晨尿用UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪测定得出RBC-INFO结果,同时在显微镜下进行红细胞形态分析,再进行两者之间的比对。%,%;%,%;%,%;%,%。结论当尿液中有非晶形尿酸盐、小圆上皮细胞、大量破碎上皮细胞、大量酵母菌和滴虫存在时,会大大增加假阳性的几率,当尿液中有影红细胞、红细胞碎片、酵母菌、红细胞高度异形性或聚集、荧光染料时则增加了假阴性的几率。总而言之,由于RBC-INFO在阴性结果有着较高的符合率和较低的假阳性率和假阴性率,因此在临床上可作为初筛实验。若RBC-INFO结果为阳性(均一型、非均一型、混合型),则必须通过镜检来分析细胞形态。
