【摘要】[背景]分析用UF100全自动尿沉渣分析仪测定的红细胞假阳性现象产生原因.[病例报告]选择1248例门诊患者尿液标本,进行尿沉渣分析、干化学分析和显微镜检测,并进行比较,结果见尿细菌、结晶及酵母样菌等是影响UF100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测结果的主要因素.[讨论]为获得准确可靠的尿红细胞检验结果,应以UF100全自动尿沉渣分析仪进行筛查,并结合显微镜检查.

ABSTRACT:BACKGROUNDTo analyse the reasons of false positive phenomenon of red blood cells by using UF100 urine sediment REPORTS1248 urine samples with the false positive phenomenon of red blood cells were analysed by UF100 urine sediment analyzer, dry chemical analysis and microscopic examination. The results showed that the crystal, miscellaneous germs and haromycete were main factors of affectting the detected results by UF

虽然全自动尿沉渣分析仪和尿干化学分析仪在临床检验中被广泛应用,使尿常规检测速度明显提高,但在UF100全自动尿沉渣分析中常出现分析结果红细胞呈阳性,而显微镜检查结果呈阴性的现象,本观察对其原因进行了分析.
1 临床资料
材料仪器及试剂:日本东亚Sysmex UF100全自动尿沉渣分析仪及配套试剂;Uritest.
方法收集门诊患者中段尿液,混匀,行尿液干化学分析,,尿沉渣分析检查亦呈阳性的判定为真阳性;将干化学分析结果呈阴性,《全国临床检验操作规程》[1]规定方法操作,即取10mL尿液,离心,,混匀后行显微镜检查,:用UR2100R尿干化学仪专用定标条对仪器进行定标,
