【摘要】目的观察Vitapex用于根管治疗一次法的近期疗效。方法选择需行根管治疗术的患牙324颗,随机分为两组,试验组用一次法,对照组用传统法,观察两组牙术后1周内疼痛发生情况及术后3、6个月疗效。结果试验组与对照组1周内术后反应情况差异无统计学意义(),3、6个月复查疗效差异无统计学意义()。结论 Vitapex用于根管治疗一次法疗效可靠,能大大缩短疗程,减少病人就诊时间和次数,提高了工作效率。

Abstract: Objective To observe the shortterm e of oneappointment Vitapex root canal A total of 324 teeth needing root canal treatment were selected and divided into two groups at random, . trial group treated with oneappointment Vitapex root canal treatment and control group with traditional method. The pain conditions of the two groups were observed within one week, as well as their therapeutic es three and six months after operation. Results There was no difference in postoperative response within one week between the two groups (), and their therapeutic es three and six months after operation were the same according to followup (). Conclusion Vitapex by means of oneappointment root canal treatment can shorten therapeutic period, decrease the patients’ visiting time and frequency, and increase the treatment efficacy.

在口腔科门诊根管治疗的过程中,为了减少复诊次数,缩短疗程,减轻患者痛苦,近年来我们使用根管治疗一次法,疗效较为满意,现报告如下。
1 对象与方法
病例选择选自门诊就诊患者252例(患牙324颗),年龄15~65岁;牙位包括前牙、后牙;病例包括急、慢性牙髓炎,牙髓坏死,无急性并发症的尖周炎及需特殊
