【摘要】目的:了解巴彦淖尔市临河区居民主要死亡原因及死亡顺位,为卫生行政部门制订区域卫生规划和合理分配卫生资源提供依据。方法:利用巴彦淖尔市临河区2004-2006年死因监测系统居民病伤死亡原因调查资料进行统计分析。结果:居民死因前5位的疾病是循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病。结论:巴彦淖尔市临河区居民应将循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病作为防治的重点。

Abstract Objective: To study death causes and death priority of the residents from Linhe in Bayannaoer in order to provide the basis for the formulation of the regional health planning and rational allocation of health resources. Methods: The data was processed by the ACCESS/DEATHREG2005 software. Results: Five top death causes are circulatory system diseases, malignant tumors, injuries, poisoning and respiratory diseases. Conclusion: These five diseases demand much attention of the residents in Linhe and deserve to be taken as a top priority in disease prevention and control programme.

疾病死亡原因分析是居民健康统计的重要内容之一,死因顺位可以反映因各种死因所致死亡在总死亡中的比重,定量地揭示影响当地居民健康的主要疾病[1],可以反映一个地区的卫生状况、居民健康水平和疾病危害程度,为制定预防措施提供科学依据。现对巴彦淖尔市临河区居民死亡原因分析如下。
1 对象与方法
资料来源于巴彦淖尔市临河区死因监测系统居民病伤死亡原因调查资料,全区2004-2006年所有人口为监测对象,死因分类依据国际疾病分类标准(ICD-10),标化死亡率按2000年全国第5次人口普查所得年龄计算。所有死亡报告卡由专业人员进行死亡原因调查后,按国际疾病分类ICD-10标准进行统一编码,应用Micro Access进行数据录入、整理,资料采用中系统软件进行统计分析。
2 结果
基本死亡情况 2004-2006年巴彦淖尔市临河区监测总人口数分别是522 340、527 591、425 885人,死亡总数分别为2 251、2 456、1 657人,总死亡率分别为430
