【摘要】目的: 通过对包头市某小学在校学生的问卷调查,了解该校学生儿童多动症的患病情况。方法: 采用Conners多动症量表(包括Conners父母量表及Conners教师量表简化版)对包头市某小学学生进行测评,。结果: %,男生( %)高于女生( %),差异有统计学意义;不同年级检出率差异有统计学意义,但随年级无规律性变化,5、6年级的检出率明显降低。行为问题各因子得分与中国城市常模比较结果基本一致。结论: 儿童多动症检出率以及行为问题各因子得分均处于。

Abstract Objective: To investigate the status of ADHD in the children from a primary school in Baotou with questionnaires. Methods: Conners Hyperactiveity Scale(including Conners Parent Scale and Conners Teacher Scale Starter Edition) was used to examine the pupils in ADHD from a primary school and an data analysis was made as well with (soft ware package). Results:The detection rate of ADHD in children was %,significantly higher in boy pupils( %)than in girl pupils( %). There was significant difference in the detection rate among different grades, but no regular changes in detection rate with difference in the grade. The detection rate was remarkably lower in grade 5 and grade 6. Factor score in behaviour broblem roughly corresponed with parison results of other cities in China. Conclusion: The detection rate of ADHD in children and factor scores in behaviour problems were nationwide at the average level.
