摘要
随着可燃性气体种类和应用范围的增加,其使用场所和贮气仓库内气体的泄漏、火灾
爆炸事故日益增多,因此研制一种检测可燃性气体自动报警和自动打开排气装置的一种报
警器是非常必要的。本次设计的可燃气体报警器电路,可以检测多种可燃性气体并对其进
行报警,在本设计中选用了气敏传感器 GS-A2,利用 GS-A2 检测可燃气体的浓度,当浓度
达到报警临界值时进行声光报警。气体信号检测部分主要由传感器 GS-A2 和分压电阻构成,
然后通过运算放大器构成的滞回比较电路和反向比例运算电路输出控制信号。由于气敏传
感器 GS-A2 开始通电时会有一段时间阻值很小,为了防止其发生误报警,检测电路需配合
延时电路才能保证其准确性。控制信号通过报警电路实现声光报警及控制机外排风设备等
联动装置,从而实现可燃气体报警器的电路设计。

The Circuit Design of Flammable Gas Alarm Apparatus
ABSTRACT
With the increase bustible gas types and application scope, the use place of gas
leakage, fire and gas storage warehouse explosion accidents are increasing, so develop an
automatic bustible gas alarm and automatically open the exhaust device of an
alarm system is very necessary. The design of the flammable gas alarm circuit can detect a
variety of flammable gas and alarm it. In this design chose gas sensor GS - A2, using GS - A2
testing the concentration of bustible gas, to sound and light alarm when the concentration
reaches a critical value. The gas sensor signal detecting section mainly consisted by GS-A2 and
the voltage dividing resistors, and output a control signal through the parator
circuit constituted by operational amplifier and reverse proportional arithmetic circuit. Since gas
sensor GS-A2 starts when power is minimal resistance for some time, in order to prevent false
alarms, the detection circuit ply with in order to ensure its accuracy delay circuit.
Control signal through the alarm circuit to realize sound and light alarm and control closed
exhaust equipment linkage, so as to realize the circuit design bustible gas alarm.
