摘要:目的比较猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)和断奶仔猪多系统萎缩综合征(PMWS)的病理学变化。方法用PRRSV VR-2332株和猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)联合感染了2头3周龄仔猪,同时设立了3头健康对照猪。在攻毒前后分别于耳缘静脉采血,用HerdChek IDEXX Kit测其血清抗体。PRRSV和PCV2联合感染猪分别在感染后1周、3周剖杀,PRRSV单独感染猪和健康对照猪分别在感染后1周、2周和3周剖杀。剖杀后采集肺、脾、扁桃体和腹股沟淋巴结,用甲醛溶液固定,组织石蜡切片以观察显微病理变化。结果剖检结果和石蜡切片结果均显示了试验猪在攻毒后发生程度不一的间质性肺炎及相应的显微病变。结论 PRRSV和PCV2联合感染引起的病变比PRRSV单独感染要严重。

Abstract:Objective pare the pathology of PRRSV infection with that of co-infection of PRRSV and Three3-week-old pigs were experimentally infected with PRRSV VR-2332strain,and two pigs with both PRRSV VR-2332and age-matched pigs were kept as uninoculated
