【摘要】目的观察补充β胡萝卜素对大鼠急性放射性损伤的保护作用。方法取40只雌性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(A组)、阳性对照组(B组)、β胡萝卜素5 mg/(kg·d)组(C组)、β胡萝卜素10 mg/(kg·d)组(D组)。照射前C组按5 mg/(kg·d) 灌喂β胡萝卜素,D组按10 mg/(kg·d)灌喂β胡萝卜素,A组及B组按照相同体积灌喂花生油。连续灌胃14 d,第15天除A组外,其余各组大鼠分别给予腹部单次剂量9 Gy一次性X线照射。4 d后处死大鼠,检测各组大鼠血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)活性。用单细胞凝胶电泳测定各组大鼠DNA损伤情况。结果与B组比较,C、D组大鼠血浆MDA含量明显下降(F=,q=、,P<)。D组大鼠血浆GSHPX活性较B组明显升高(F=,q=,P<)。0 μmol/L H2O2诱导淋巴细胞氧化损伤时,B组大鼠淋巴细胞DNA自发性损伤情况较其他3组严重(F=,q=~,P<)。结论补充一定剂量β胡萝卜素对X线腹部放射引发的生物膜脂质过氧化及DNA氧化损伤有较好的防护作用。

[ABSTRACT] Objective To study the protection of βcarotene (βC) on rat with acute radiation damage. Methods Forty female SD rats were randomized to four groups: normal control group (A), positive control groups(B), 5 mg/(kg·d) βC group (C) and 10 mg/ (kg·d) βC group (D). Before radiation, 5 mg/(kg·d) of βC was given to rats in group C, 10 mg/(kg·d) of βC to those in group D, and same volume of peanut oil was given to those in groups A and B.
