【摘要】目的比较野山参、林下参、园参和西洋参中机体必需元素种类、含量的差别,并探讨其与功效的关系。方法用ICPAES、ICPMS法测定样品中机体必需元素种类、含量,并对所测结果进行统计学分析。结果四种样品均含有Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Se等十二种机体必需元素,但同种必需元素在四样品中的含量各不相同,K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cr、Sr、Na、Se在野山参中含量显著高于其他三者(P<)。Cu含量在野山参和园参中差异不显著(P>),但显著高于西洋参和林下参(P<);Mn含量林下参显著高于其他三者(P<)。结论四味中药中机体必需元素含量差异很大,野山参中机体必需元素总量最高,可能与其高功效性相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the illustration of the mechanism of their biological effects, types and contents of the essential elements of four samples and analyze their relationships with effects. Methods (1)The types and contents of essential elements were tested by ICP
AES, ICPMS. (2)The results were measured by parison and statistical analysis. Results Four samples all contained twelve essential elements such as Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Se and so on, but the contents of the same element were different in four samples. The contents of K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cr, Sr, Na, Se in wild Panax ginseng were higher than those of the other groups(P<).The content of Cu had no difference between wild Panax ginseng and garden Panax ginseng(P>)but was obviously higher than that of Panax quinquefolius and forest Panax ginseng(P<).
