摘要:目的研究梭曼(soman)对大鼠急性中毒的自由基损伤作用及V
E /VA 的抗氧化保护作用. 方法雄性大鼠40只,按体质量随机分为阴性组(正常对照组)、阳性组(损伤对照组),VE 组(加VE 保护组)和VA 组(加VA 保护组).观察每组大鼠血清、大脑、肝脏中VE 、总抗氧化力(T-AOC)和一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)的变化. 结果梭曼中毒后,T-AOC水平、VE 含量下降, 质量分数从(±)mg g-1 下降至(±)mg g-1 ;T-AOC从(±)mol s-1 kg-1 下降至(±)mol s-1 kg-1 ;NOS从(±)mol s-1 kg-1 上升至(±)mol s-1 kg-1 ,有显著差异(P<).而VE /VA 较有效地抑制其变化. 结论梭曼中毒有明显的过氧化损伤作用,VE /VA 对梭曼中毒有一定的抗氧化保护作用.
