摘要:目的观察五灵胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响. 方法小鼠免疫器官质量法观察五灵胶囊对免疫器官质量的影响;溶血素测定法观察体液免疫功能;E花结与脾抗体生成细胞试验观察细胞免疫功能;以LPS+BCG诱导小鼠免疫性肝损伤观察五灵胶囊对一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的影响;戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠P450 观察五灵胶囊对小鼠P450 含量和睡眠时间的影响. 结果五灵胶囊能使免疫小鼠E花结数、脾脏指数、胸腺指数和QHS增加,促进体内IgG与IgM释放,血清HCIgG 与HCIgm ,小剂量有抑制作用,对IL-2与IL- 含量增加,五灵胶囊并不影响P450 含量,但却抑制P450 对戊巴比妥钠的代谢,,五灵胶囊还能降低戊巴比妥钠诱导升高的谷胱苷肽S转移酶(GSH-ST). 结论五灵胶囊是一种免疫增强剂,对体液免疫与细胞免疫均有促进作用,不诱导P450 产生,但能抑制P450 对戊巴比妥钠的代谢,对LPS诱导的细胞因子,五灵胶囊作用不显著,对微粒体内NO呈双向作用.

Abstract:AIM To investigate the effect of Wuling capsule on immune function of The influence of Wuling capsule on the weighty an was observed by the method of an weighty,the function of hu-moral immune by detection of hemolysin,and the impact of cell mediate immune by both test rosette formation and quan-titative haemolysis of SRBC(QHS).After immunological liver injury in mice induced by micro lipopoly haride(LPS)and bacilli calmette Guein(BCG),the content of IL-2and IL-6,and the content of nitric oxide(NO)of hepatic mi-crosomes,were content P450 of hepatic micro-somes and sleep time of the mice were detected by injection of sodium Wuling capsule was an immunity excitation reagent,which could increase the an of spleen and thyme,the rosette formation,and elevat-ed the level HcIgG and HcIgM .The big dosage of Wuling cap-sule promoted and small dosage inhibited the action on NO of hepatic microsomes,and it did not exert much effect on IL-2and IL-6of mice immune liver injuries induced by LPS,wul-ing capsule didn’t add to the content of P450for hepatic mi-crosome but prolonged sleep time in pentobarbital mice,and it could reduce the glutasthine-s-transferase(GSH-ST)in mice induced by pentobarbital as Wul-ing capsules are
