【摘要】目的评估正畸在前牙美容修复治疗中的临床作用,并探讨其治疗方法和修复特点。方法对34例前牙缺损缺失需行美容修复的患者,先进行正畸治疗,为前牙美容修复创造条件或降低其修复难度后,再用义齿进行修复。结果 34例患者对修复体的功能、形态和美观方面牙合均感到满意;随访1~ 6年,修复体稳固,基牙无松动,牙周组织健康;前牙覆牙合覆盖关系稳定。结论正畸固定矫治技术在前牙美容修复治疗中,可以降低修复难度,扩大治疗的范围,达到更加完善的口腔功能及美观的要求。

Abstract: Objective To evaluated the clinical effects of fixed orthodontics bination with prosthetic treatment on incisor Firstly, 34 cases with defected incisors were treated using fixed appliance to get enough space, and secondly these cases were then treated using fixed prosthetics to restore the integrity of According to one to six years’ clinical observation, the prostheses were stable; the abutment teeth and the periodontal tissue were healthy. 前牙由于位置的特殊性,常因各种原因导致缺损缺失,不仅影响患者的口颌系功能,更有损其容貌美观,影响身心健康。我们针对这类病例,采用正畸固定矫治技术与修复相结合的方法进行治疗,既恢复了患者颜面部的美观,又使患者获得了良好的口腔咀嚼功能,获得了满意的效果。现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
一般资料
恒牙牙合患者34例,其中男24例,女10例,年龄17~48岁,平均35岁。个别牙缺失伴散在间隙10例,余留牙向缺隙倾斜移位5例,深覆牙合深覆盖8例,外伤冠折余留牙体组织﹤ mm 7例,前牙重度磨耗4例。
治疗方法
制取上下颌研究模型,进行分析和设计;针对患者的要求并结合其口腔情况做出设计,与患者确定最终修复方案。进行口腔清洁、拆除不良修复体等治疗前准备工作
