【摘要】目的艾滋病(AIDS)是一个新的病种,目前国家实施的抗病毒药物一是疗效欠佳;二是毒副作用较大,笔者根据多年临床经验,并对AIDS进行精心研究,组方立法,试图创造奇迹。使患者延长生命,提高生存质量。方法但笔者经过精心研究,认为中医称本病应为淫毒-虚劳-外感较为体贴,或称淫毒、虚劳、外感综合征。在对本病有充分认识基础上立扶正(重建修复免疫系统)、祛邪(1杀灭病毒,2抗机会性感染)为法。遣加味补中益气汤为基本方。补中益气汤为治疗内伤、虚劳、外感的代表方剂。本方加灵芝、西洋参等补阴,紫河车大补真元。气阴(血)双补。疗效卓著。结果临床观察9例,其中低热6例,腹泻8例,咳嗽4例;肝功能异常9例,全部有效,总有效率达100%,显效4例,显效率44%(临床症状及体征改善为有效,全部消失为显效)。结论根据以上观察笔者认为本方案前景广阔,有继续验证、研究的价值。
