【摘要】目的通过查阅文献,综述紫堇属藏药中生物碱成分及生物活性研究概况。方法分析近20年的文献资料,从化学成分和生物活性两方面进行综述研究。结果综合分析了紫堇属藏药中生物碱成分的植物来源、化学结构及生物活性。结论生物碱成分是紫堇属藏药中的主要活性成分,但其相关的药理作用、生物活性等方面的研究目前仅限于少数植物。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo introduce the studies on the chemical structures and biological activities of Alkaloids in Corydalis DC. MethodsBased on the literatures recent years, the chemical structures and biological activities were reviewed. ResultsThe plant origin, chemical structure and biological activities were outlined in this paper. Conclusion Alkaloids are the main bioactive constituents in Corydalis DC, and only the chemical, pharmacological and bioactive studies have been done about little plants.

紫堇属Corydalis ,主要产于亚洲。我国约200余种,全国均有分布,以西南部种类分布最多,其中青藏高原约120余种,仅西藏就多达94种。据罗达尚等整理,藏医所使用的紫堇属植物有50种7变种,仅西藏高原约120余种,隶属于18种药名[1]。
在临床实践中,藏医主要将紫堇属植物用于治疗各种出血、肝炎或胆囊炎、流感等疾病,也有将其用于治疗跌打损伤或其它外伤、发烧、肠胃炎等。从目前对该属植物的化学成分研究结果来看,本属植物富含各种异喹啉类生物碱,如简单异
