Abstract· Amniotic membrane transplantation can promote corneal epithelium growth, reduce inflammation, vascularization and scarring, which have been proved in many researches. But its biological principle has not been pletely. Recently there are more basic researches on amniotic membrane. Many active substances in amniotic membrane have been detected. In this review, we classified active substance according to its character and function: basement, growth factor and enzyme. Then we introduced their biological characteristics, focusing on the most recent developments of relationship between them.· KEYWORDS: growth factor; amniotic membrane; enzyme

摘要羊膜移植促进角膜上皮化,抑制炎症和新生血管,减轻纤维化的作用在很多研究中得到证实,但有关这些作用的生物学基础尚不完全清楚。近年来有关羊膜的基础研究逐渐增多,现已有数十种生物活性物质从羊膜中检出。本文将羊膜内生物活性成分按性状和作用分为基质成分、生长因子和酶类并对其相互关系及近年来的研究进展作简要综述。

引言:自1995年Kim等[1]利用人羊膜移植重建兔眼表获得成功以来羊膜移植在眼科得到快速发展。1997年Ma等[2]开始从分子生物学角度对羊膜移植的可行性进行了研究,从分子水平阐述了羊膜的生物学特性。羊膜促进角膜上
