【摘要】目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征围手术期心理干预与护理。方法将32例患者随机分成干预组和对照组各16 例,对照组进行常规治疗和护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上采取心理护理干预。采用积极的心理护理和健康教育,使患者的生理、心理在术前均得到充分的预期准备,术后积极配合治疗。结果通过对照、干预组术前焦虑、紧张,术后疼痛与对照组明比较,有显著性差异(P<),术后疾病康复自我感觉满意度增高(P<)。结论术前充分评估,制定合理有效的护理措施,同时结合心理干预可以帮助患者减轻术前焦虑、术中、术后疼痛痛感,有利于患者提高手术耐受力,促进疾病的康复提高的满意度。
