摘要:目的观察睫状神经生长因子(ciliary neurotrophic TF)对视神经损伤后视觉电生理变化的作用. 方法采用镊夹视神经法制作大鼠视神经损伤模型,TF50ng,并于损伤当时和损伤后1,2,3和4wk时检测夹伤视神经眼的闪光视觉诱发电位(flare-visional evoked potential,F-VEP). 结果视神经夹伤后损伤眼F-VEP的P1波振幅(wave amplitude,WA)在1wk时下降,后回升;峰潜时(wave latency,WL)TF组中WA在视神经夹伤后1wk和2wk时与对照组相比差异显著(P<),WL仅在视神经夹伤后1wk时与对照组相比具显著差异(P<). 结论 TF在早期加强了神经系统对损伤的反应强度,促进了视神经损伤后神经冲动传导功能的恢复.
