【摘要】目的研究铁椆根的降血糖、降血脂作用。方法通过给正常大鼠饲喂高糖脂饲料,建立高糖脂大鼠模型;将实验大鼠随机分为正常组、高糖脂模型组、高糖脂模型对照组、铁椆根低、中、高剂量组,测定各组大鼠的血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(APO-A1)、载脂蛋白B(APO-B)、超敏C反应蛋白(HsCRP)等各项指标。结果饲喂铁椆根水煎液后高糖脂模型大鼠的GLU 、TC、TG和LDL-C等均非常显著降低(P<)。结论铁椆根具有明显的降血糖和降血脂作用。

ChinaAbstract:ObjectiveTo study the effects of Cyclobalanopsis glauca root on blood glucose and mouse model of high bloed glucose and blood lipid was established by feeding high lipid and high sugar diet. These rats were randomly divided into six groups: a normal group; a high blood glucose and lipid model group; a high blood glucose and lipid model control group; a treated group by Cyclobalanopsis glauca root with the small dosage, the medium dosage, the big dosage. The blood glucose levels (GLU), total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), apolipoprotein A1(APO-A1), apolipoprotein B(APO-B) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (HsCRP) of the rats were determined. ResultsThe results showed that the levels of GLU, TC, TG and LDL-C in high blood glucose and lipid model rats fed with Cyclobalanopsis glauca root were decreased significantly (P<).ConclusionCyclobalanopsis glauca root has the function of reducing blood glucose and blood lipid.
