【摘要】目的建立气相色谱法测定佛山人参再造丸中龙脑含量的方法。方法采用HP5石英毛细管柱(5% phenyl methyl siloxane)( m×320 nm× μm),柱温为110 ℃,进样口温度为180 ℃,检测器温度为250 ℃, 载气为氮气。~ μg/mL (r=,n=6)范围内线性关系良好,%(RSD=%)。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for content determination of borneol in Foshanrenshenzaizao pills. Method The sample was analyzed on an HP5 capillary column (5% phenyl methyl siloxane, m×320 nm× μm) using nitrogen as carrier gas. The temperatures of the column, injector and detector were 110, 180 and 250 ℃, There was good linearity in the range of μg/mL (r=, n=6). The average recovery and relative standard deviation of borneol were % and %, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Foshanrenshenzaizao pill.

佛山人参再造丸是由人参、人工牛黄、血竭、当归、冰片(合成龙脑)、大黄等组成的复方制剂,具有祛风化淤、活血通络的功效,用于中风、步履艰难、口眼歪斜、手足痉挛、左瘫右痪、筋骨疼痛、半身不遂、言语不清[1]。处方中冰片(合成龙脑)是一味常用药,具有散郁火、清热、消肿等功效。冰片(合成龙脑)主要成分是互为异构体的龙脑和异龙脑,其化学结构无特征紫外吸收,因此薄层扫描法和气相色谱法[2-4]是测定这类化合物较好方法。本文建立气相色谱法测定佛山人参再造丸中龙脑的含量,方法简便,杂质无干扰,分离效果好,结果准确,可作为该制剂质量控制的方法之一。
