[摘要] 目的观察普通低温保存自体颅骨瓣回植的临床效果及探讨该方法的可行性。方法将术中去除骨瓣无菌封存,用普通家用冰箱低温冷冻保存,使用时自然复温回植。结果 62例患者中38例随访1年,回植骨瓣固定良好,CT及X线可见大部分骨缘增生愈合。结论离体颅骨瓣普通低温保存后回植不失为颅骨修补的一种良好方法。

根据病情需要,手术中常常需去除颅骨瓣。合成颅骨修补材料现已广泛开发,但利用自体颅骨瓣回植修补缺损仍不失为一种具有反应小、价廉、能与骨窗融合等多种优点的治疗方式。5年来,我们用该方法治疗颅骨缺损62例,现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
一般资料本组共62例,男41例,女21例,年龄最小12岁,最大67岁,平均38岁。骨瓣直径均大于5cm,最大9cm×11cm,其中骨瓣为2~4块粉碎者14例;离体保存时间56~586天,平均163天。
方法术中将去除骨瓣用生理盐水清洗后,装入双层无菌手套,封闭后迅速放入家用冰箱冷冻保存。温度约为-5℃左右。在手套周围可以存有冰块,以利保持温度。手术
