【摘要】目的调查男性强制隔离戒毒人员人口学基本情况;探索强制戒毒者不同发展阶段高复吸行为的生活习惯、社会家庭功能和滥用药物基本特征及相关影响因素。方法对702名男性吸毒强戒者进行自填式自编问卷调查。结果(1)男性吸毒强戒者平均年龄(±)岁,%,初吸毒年龄为(±)岁。(2)Logistic回归分析中,不同年龄组最终方程入组变量不同,20~29岁年龄组为初吸毒年龄(OR=)、与家人暴力冲突(OR=);30~39岁年龄组为初吸毒年龄(OR=)、日均吸毒量(OR=);40~49岁年龄组为初吸毒年龄(OR=)、吸烟(OR=)。结论强制戒毒者高复吸行为与初吸毒年龄呈负相关,不同年龄段其高复吸行为的显著相关因素分别是家人暴力冲突、日均吸毒量和吸烟程度,呈现出与年龄相应的依恋心理和毒品替代关系需求。因此,预防高复吸行为的心理干预工作应关注不同年龄段社会关系依恋需求的心理特点。
