【摘要】目的了解儿童下呼吸道感染的细菌构成和药敏分析的情况,为临床合理使用抗生素提供科学的依据。方法分离的细菌用API和Microscan鉴定,药敏用K-B法,。结果 918株细菌中前7位为:肺炎克雷伯菌、肺炎链球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、流感嗜血杆菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,%、%、%、%、%、%%。ESBLs阳性率: %,肺炎链球菌 %,%,%,%。在治疗革兰阴性杆菌抗生素中,碳青霉烯类耐药率最低。结论应加强抗生素的合理使用和采取有效的隔离措施以降低耐药率及多重耐药菌的扩散。
