Non-Equilibrium Condensation Flow in Steam Turbine
With Dehumidification Structure

Abstract The numerical method which applied for modelling the spontaneous condensation of wet
steam two-phase flow based on the two-fluid model and the calculation method of k −ε−kp turbulence
model has been developed. The numerical validation was implemented in nozzle and two dimensional
cascade, which shows that the method is highly reliable. The two-dimension flow field analysis for a
steam turbine final dehumidification stator blade was investigated numerically, the result shows that
the non-equilibrium condensation flow in the turbine can be effected significantly by the moisture
removal slot on the surface of a steam turbine. Beca
