摘要
当今社会是信息社会,人们对信息交流方式的要求越来越高。传统的固定工
作模式、邮件系统等信息交流方式已经不能满足人们在信息获取中对动态和实时
的需求。为了人们能即时地获取所需的信息,满足协同工作的需要,一种功能强
大且使用方便的即时动态协同系统是非常必要的。
该文根据软件工程的基本原理和理论,将 Java 技术、XML 技术、工作流技术
及消息传递中间件技术有机的结合起来,以办公系统为背景,实现了基于动态即
时的协同工作平台(SCOA)。该系统实现了基于 XML 协同动态工作流驱动和可视
化的工作流建模工具(X-WorkFlow),与传统的静态工作流方式相比较,它满足了
用户可视化流程自定义需求,满足了人们动态协同工作的需要;它还实现了基于
XML 的协同消息服务驱动,实现了用户间在协同办公平台内的在线信息交流,与
传统的邮箱交流相比较,信息交流实时性得到了大大的提高,满足人们对信息即
时协同的工作需要。该论文的工作主要集中于以下几个方面:
1. 借助 XML 技术和 JAVA 技术对计算机支持系统进行了扩展,并给出了基
于动态即时的协同工作平台(SCOA)框架设计和功能设计;
2. 结合工作流技术和 JAVA 技术,给出了协同动态工作流驱动设计与可视化
动态工作流程设计器(X-WorkFlow)的实现;
3. 结合研究消息中间件技术,给出了协同消息服务驱动设计以及协同消息服
务中间件(SCMS)的实现;
4. 针对 SCOA 在川渝中烟工业公司协同办公管理系统中的应用,给出了整体
协同工作平台、基于动态工作流的公文流转的实现和基于消息服务的即时在线交
流系统的实现效果。对工作内容做了技术总结,并对系统改进提出了建议。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays we have gone into the information society, people asking for the model
of munion is e higher and higher. The traditional model of
munion like traditional immobile work model, system of mail has been
insufficient for the dynamic and real-time requirements. So a dynamic and real-time
system with powerful function and convenient, which can obtain information
immediately and satisfy synergetic work's need is very necessary for people.
This bines with the technique of Java, XML, work flow and middleware,
according to the theory of software engineering. There have Realized SCOA in the
office system. This system has fulfilled dynamic work flow based on XML and visual
work flow modeling implement. Compared with traditional dynamic work flow, it has
satisfied the need of user visual self-defined and dynamic synergetic work. It also
fulfilled synergetic message drive based on XML and on-line munion
in the synergetic office platform between users. Compared with traditional mail system,
it has improved real time of munion, satisfied the need of informat
