城中村改造中的思想政治工作问题研究---以太原市城中村为

摘要
城中村是我国城市化过程中出现的新现象,是党的思想政治工作的新领域。
在加快城市化、现代化进程,全面建设和谐社会的新形势下,城中村的地位日
益凸显。而人口构成复杂、环境脏乱差、城镇规划建设受阻、居民综合素质较
低等问题,使得城中村改造势在必行。高度重视并认真做好城中村改造中的思
想政治工作,发挥思想政治教育的强大功效,对于提高居民文明素质、促进城
中村改造、构建社会主义新型社区具有十分重要的意义。
与其他领域相比,城中村有一定的特殊性,其思想政治工作的开展也相应
的有所不同。面对当前思想多元化、物质利益多样化等新形势以及一系列的城
中村问题,还在采用老套路、旧办法的城中村思想政治工作已难以适应形势要
求。因而,如何有效的开展好思想政治工作,促进城中村的改造,是我们当前
思想政治工作理论研究必须做好的一项紧要工作。
本文从思想政治工作和城中村改造的结合点上切入,在回顾相关研究的基
础上,首先阐述了城中村及城中村思想政治工作的涵义和特点,指出思想政治
工作在城中村改造中的重要作用。然后,结合相关文献研究和太原市城中村居
民在问卷调查中反映出的情况,对当前城中村思想政治工作存在的问题及成因
分进行了综合分析。最后,通过剖析太原市亲贤、西吴等城中村在改造中开展
思想政治工作的主要经验,得到有益启示,按照思想政治工作与经济、党建、
管理、服务、文化等方面实现良性互动的总思路,从六个方面对加强和改进城
中村改造中的思想政治工作提出了具体建议。以期思想政治工作在城中村改造
中更好的发挥作用。

Abstract
Urban village is a new phenomenon appeared in the process of China's urbanization and it is a
new domain in CPC’s ideological and political work. In the new situation of accelerating
urbanization, modernization prehensive construction of a harmonious society, the social
status of urban village is increasingly prominent. In addition, the problems such plicated
position, dirty environment, hindered planning and construction of town and low
comprehensive quality of the residents, make urban village reconstruction imperative. It is
necessary to pay close attention to the ideological and political work of urban village reconstruction
and play the powerful effect of ideological and political education; this has extremely vital
significance on improving residents’ civilization quality, promoting urban village reconstruction and
constructing new munity.
Compared with other areas, urban village has some particularity. Therefore, its ideological and
