思想政治教育社会化载体研究是当前思想政治教育研究过程中不可缺少的
重要方面之一,在当代社会高速发展及全球化的大背景下,选择合适的载体对加
强和改进思想政治教育社会化工作具有重要意义。目前我国学术界针对国内志愿
者这一群体的特殊性,对思想政治教育社会化新载体拓展进行的研究相对较少,
而传统的思想政治教育载体已经不能满足社会对新时期各类群体进行思想政治
教育的需要,思想政治教育社会化载体拓展迫在眉睫。思想政治教育社会化新载
体拓展可以通过多种途径来实现。在当前国内社会志愿服务活动蓬勃发展的态势
下,以志愿者服务活动为载体,研究其组织特点、组织模式、实施路径等,对思
想政治教育社会化载体拓展具有相当的典型性和代表性,也为通过其他途径拓展
思想政治教育社会化提供了思考和借鉴的空间。志愿者服务作为思想政治教育社
会化的新载体研究具有多重的意义:一方面是发展志愿服务事业的需要;另一方
面,可以完善思想政治教育社会化的研究,为思想政治教育体系建设添砖加瓦。
此外,志愿服务对构建社会主义和谐社会亦具有重要的作用。志愿者服务作为思
想政治教育社会化载体将对志愿者、被服务对象乃至整个社会的政治、经济、文
化产生积极独特的影响。

ABSTRACT
In the modern course of the research, one of the important studies is ideological and
political education of the vector of ideological and political education. Under the
environment of rapid development and the context of globalization in modern society,
there is important social meaning that selecting the appropriate vector on
strengthening and improving ideological and political education. Nowadays, there is
few researches in the area of new carrier of ideological and political education for
social development, as volunteers of academics for the special nature of domestic, the
traditional carrier of ideological and political education can no longer satisfy
ideological and political education in the modern time, what we have to do
immediately is expanding some new vectors of socialization for ideological and
political education.
Recently, under the background of development of volunteer service activities, there
are accounts of ways to achieve of expending the new vector of socialization of
ideological and political education. As a vector, research anizational
characteristics, organizational model and the implementation path of volunteer service
activities, has a typical and representative affect in considerable expansion of
socialization for ideological and political education, and provides the space of
thinking and learning in expending other vec
