吸烟对人体可替宁、MDA和8-OHdG水平的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨吸烟对人体可替宁、MDA和8-OHdG水平的影响。方法:以被调查的“某自然村的男性村民”为源人群收集114例健康研究对象的血样,根据日吸烟量(0支/天即不吸烟对照组,≤20支/天和>20支/天共3组)与烟龄(0年即不吸烟对照组,≤26年,≤33年和>33年共4组)分组。检测血浆中丙二醛(MDA)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)和血清中可替宁的浓度水平,以反映吸烟引起的机体氧化损伤水平。结果:按吸烟量分组,与“0支/天不吸烟对照组”相比,“≤20支/天”和“>20支/天”两组的可替宁、MDA、8-OHdG含量显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<),且“≤20支/天组”指标含量小于“>20支/天组”,差异有统计学意义(P<);按烟龄分组,与“0年不吸烟对照组”相比,≤26年,≤33年和>33年三组的可替宁、MDA、8-OHdG含量显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<),且以>33年组的含量最高,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:随着吸烟量与吸烟时间的累积,人体内可替宁、MDA和8-OHdG浓度有升高趋势,对人体有害效应的危险性不断增大。因此,戒烟或尽可能少吸烟,养成良好的生活习惯,有助于消除和减轻烟草中有害物对机体的危害。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the influences of smoking on cotinine,MDA and 8-OHdG levels of body. Methods:Collect blood samples from 114 heathy research objects from a village and divide them into several groups according to smoking count every day(3 groups:0 No. of cigarette /day, ≤20 No. of cigarette /day and >20 No. of cigarette /day ) and smoking duration(4 group:0 year, ≤26 years, ≤33 years and >33 years).
